Cancellation Policy
WAX APPOINTMENTS- FACIALS- SPRAY TANS- LASH SERVICES
-50% service fee for cancelling without rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment
-100% service fee for no call/no show
- 5 minute late policy, all or some services will be canceled
-Day of cancellations are susceptible to a fee
-A fee may be applied to services for excessive tardiness
PMU APPOINTMENTS
-deposits are NON-refundable.
-100% service fee for no-call or no-show
-$50 added to service after 2 reschedules from initial booking
-Service will be cancelled after 3 reschedules from initial booking & new deposit required
-72 hour notice required for rescheduling
-$100 fee for rescheduling 72 hours from appointment (PMU appts)
-$100 non-refundable required for all PMU appointment deposit
-50% cost of service for cancelling without rescheduling within 72hrs of PMU
TATTOO APPOINTMENTS
25% non-refundable deposit on all artwork
