CANCELLATION POLICY

WAX APPOINTMENTS- FACIALS- SPRAY TANS- LASH SERVICES To help us serve all of our guests better, please note the following: * Deposit Required: A small $5–$10 deposit is required to reserve your waxing/spray tan/facial appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service, as long as the appointment is kept or properly rescheduled/cancelled. * Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Without rescheduling, a 50% fee may apply. * No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are subject to a 100% service fee. * Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 5 minutes latemay result in part or all of your services being adjusted or cancelled.
